O Ginger Sushi

About Us

Established in 2015 O Ginger Sushi brought with us our passion for Japanese cuisine. O Ginger Sushi is a combination of traditional and modern Japanese cuisine. Our menu features traditional Japanese favourites alongside creative innovations. At O Ginger Sushi we serve amazing dishes, some familiar and some innovative, along with a menu of beer, wine, and sake. You can order teriyaki and a glass of wine or a sushirrito and some sake to wash it down. Our chefs work with top quality ingredients and do as little to the food as possible to bring out the color and flavor. They use simple condiments often add to enhance the flavors. Light dipping sauces, citrus, miso, wasabi, pickles, and soy sauce included with the course. O Ginger Sushi is a perfect place to eat, drink, and make memories with your friends and family. So the next time you're in the mood for something unique and full of flavor, O Ginger Sushi will be eagerly waiting to serve you just what you're looking for.

This is my favorite Chinese food in Cambridge. I love the General Tso's chicken, and the gluten free breading on their chicken is great.

The staff was very friendly and we loved the food! They also have a delicious fried ice cream with a rice crispy shell. Next time I'm trying the sake bomb!
